Description

The cable magneto-rheological damper is an adaptive magneto-rheological damper designed specifically for bridge cables, enabling semi-active adjustment to cable vibrations. It can also provide comprehensive measurement and monitoring of cable tension when needed. Typically installed at the anchorage points where cables are securely fastened, this damper effectively suppresses vibrations caused by wind, rain, or traffic—making it the optimal damping solution for both cable-stayed and suspension bridges.
