In April 2019, our company was delighted to win the bid for the first-phase construction project of the Huai'an Expressway and successfully signed the contract, with the winning bid amount totaling 17.09 million yuan.

The first-phase project of the Huai'an City Expressway consists of "one ring, two radii, and one connector." Specifically, the "one ring" runs along Huanghe Road—Xian'an Road—Yan'an Road—Ninglian Road; the "two radii" are express routes connecting the Development Zone Interchange to the Huai'an South Hub; and the "one connector" links Jiangsu Provincial Highway S237 toward the high-speed railway station. The total length of the route is 48.252 kilometers. Once completed, Huai'an will establish a future expressway network structure featuring "two rings, nine radii, and one connector," enabling drivers to reach any urban node within 10 minutes via the expressway, access the highway in just 20 minutes, and achieve rapid connectivity to key locations such as the high-speed railway station within 30 minutes.
