Description

◆It is composed of side beams, middle beams, support beams, rubber sealing strips, sliding springs, sliding supports and control springs. It is a traditional structural telescopic device.

◆Displacement control system: realized by polyurethane control spring, which adapts to structural deformation, balances the force between beams, ensures equal spacing between intermediate beams, and effectively absorbs vehicle impact loads.

◆Support system: The telescopic device provides elastic and sliding support in the direction of movement. The pre-compression of the sliding spring prevents the supporting elements from deflecting, compensating for manufacturing tolerances; making up for the height difference between the side beams at both ends, the design of the sliding support can absorb The resulting inclination of the support beam reduces the torsional stiffness.

Performance characteristics

◆Have a certain amount of lateral displacement and vertical displacement.

◆Applicable to bridge projects with a telescopic amount not greater than 640mm (special design is required if the amount exceeds 640mm).

defect:

◆ It is not suitable for bridge projects with high live load running speed, large lateral and vertical displacement, and large plane and elevation angles.
